Our free book and guides are yours to use in your own business. Please don't resell, republish, or redistribute them. They remain our copyrighted work.

Email and texts

Requesting a download subscribes you to our email list, and every message has an unsubscribe link. Text messages go only to people who've checked the consent box on the form — they're optional, never required to download anything, and they stop when you reply STOP. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

No income guarantee

We can't promise you'll make money. What you earn depends on your effort, market, pricing, product, local rules, and plenty outside anyone's control. Any figures or examples in our materials are illustrative — not typical and not a projection of your results.

Permits are your responsibility

Cottage food laws, kitchen permits, food handler certification, allergen labelling, licensing, and insurance vary by state, county, and city. We teach the general landscape. Confirming what applies to you is your job — check with your local health department.
